We’re looking for a detail-driven, process-oriented IP Assistant to support the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI-powered Intellectual Property platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and filing of trademark and patent applications 
  • Monitor deadlines, renewals, and official correspondence
  • Maintain accurate IP records and docketing systems
  • Coordinate with foreign agents, associates, attorneys, and clients globally
  • Track invoices, official fees, and payment statuses
  • Prepare templates, standard forms, and status reports
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and maintain digital IP files
  • Assist with onboarding, matter intake, and operational follow-ups

Requirements
